Casting Disk Deburr Machine Rebuild:

Worn disk deburr machines (left hand photo) are routinely rebuilt, with special attention given to bearing replacement, shaft inspection/replacement, oil site glass replacement, prior to being painted and re-assembled (right hand photo).

Shot Blast & Industrial Saw Spindle Rebuilds:

Worn shot blast spindles (left hand photos) are routinely inspected and rebuilt, with special attention given to bearing replacement, shaft inspection/replacement, and housing inspection, prior to being painted and re-assembled (right hand photos). Steel mill billet production saw spindles (lower right photo) are are also inspected and rebuilt to the same high standards, including hydraulic motor repair and rebuild. Static balancing is set to a specific rpm for smoother spindle operation and increased bearing life.

Shot Blast Machine Roof Housing Rebuild/Replacement:

Worn A36 mild steel shot blast machine roof housing (left hand photo) was replaced with a new 11-14% Manganese Steel roof housing, (right hand photo), with a noticeable increase in service life.
