11-14% Manganese Steel Angles, Grating, and Beams

Specialty Mill & Radius Formed Angles:

11-14% Hadfield Grade Austenitic Manganese Steel mill angles are available in 1/4" Thk. X 2" X 2" X 240" long. Radius formed angles are available in 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8”, 3/4” and 1” Thk. in 11-14% Hadfield Grade Austenitic Manganese Steel and AR-400 BHN Abrasion Resistant Steel.

Radius formed 11-14% Austenitic Manganese Steel angles increase shot deflection within the shot blast cabinet by protecting wall plate joints, along with other more costly parts. AR-400 BHN angles decrease the “etching” within conveyor pan joints, keeping parts in line.

11-14% Manganese Steel I-beams:

Though 11-14% Austenitic Manganese Steel is not considered to be a structural steel, these I-beams were created to support a necessary platform within a shot blast cabinet where excessive material wear dictated the use of 11-14% Manganese Steel.

11-14% Manganese Steel Floor Grating:

11-14% Manganese Steel floor grating is available in various widths and lengths, with the ability to control the direction of the bearing bars for increased strength per application.

11-14% Manganese Steel Tapered I-beams:

Another example of 11-14% Manganese Steel I-beams. These I-beams were tapered to support and control the bowing of lower Manganese Steel hopper walls with a large shot blast cabinet.
